New Delhi, 25th March 2021: Savills India, an international real estate advisory firm, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the mid-size category for the second year in a row. The company has received its second accreditation within two years of its full-fledged operations in India.

With “Work-From-Home” playing out in April 2020, it became crucial for Savills India to redefine employee engagement. They quickly moved to a technology enabled approach of Reset-Relearn-Rejuvenate or “3R”, which played rich dividends during the darkest months of the pandemic. From Yoga and Strength Training classes to musical evenings and cocktail making workshops, multiple events a day were organised for the employees to stay connected and rejuvenated. Several knowledge-sharing sessions were conducted on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Workplace by Facebook to ensure constant personal and professional development of employees.
During the same period, the leadership team went on an intensive drive to connect with the people and address their fears and anxieties while they were locked down at their homes with a severely curtailed work activity.
