Mumbai, August 27, 2021:Indian Bank Mega Retail Loan Disbursement drive was flagged by Shri Imran Amin Siddiqui, Executive Director at Mumbai. He handed over sanction letters to a large number of borrowers in the presence of the other dignitaries.
During his address, Shri. Imran Amin Siddiqui informed that as the impact of COVID has receded, Bank is reaching out proactively to new and existing customers by organising such campaigns. He emphasised that the Bank is taking various steps to make customer journey more enjoyable by digitisation of processes, and it has targeted to reduce turnaround time of retail and MSME loans significantly. He admired long and continuous patronage of loyal customers and solicited suggestions and feedback from customers for improvement in products and processes.
Speaking at the occasion, Shri Rohit Rishi, FGM, welcomed customers and told that Bank had taken conscious steps to enhance its Retail and MSME portfolio. He informed that during the current month, 2464 loans amounting to Rs. 528.83 crores were sanctioned in Mumbai.
The Mega Retail Loan Disbursement Camp covers all the zones of FGMO Mumbai spread across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune and Nagpur. It is focussed on Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Personal Loans etc. with introduction of competitive interest rates and other attractive concessions.
Earlier in the day, Shri Siddiqui inaugurated Sion Circle branch which is 62nd branch under Mumbai South Zone of the Bank.
